TRYST is The Park's exciting new fine dining experience. The five-course tasting menu, developed by Head Chef, Ryan is inspired by the great Scottish larder. Guests can begin the evening with our signature 1881 Gin Fizz cocktail before tucking into the first course; Borders Wood Pigeon.
Ryan has also developed a vegetarian five-course menu for you to enjoy, using local, foraged produce where possible. The menu takes simple ingredients and turns them into an exciting dish for guests to try.
Changing with the seasons and using only the best Scottish produce, TRYST is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or to simply enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
Good to Know
The Tryst five-course tasting menu is available Friday and Saturday only at 7:00pm.
When booking a table, the whole table must eat from the TRYST menu.
